1. You may first want to familiarize yourself with Chakrapani and the Services he offers by visiting these sections of our website.

2. If you are a new client and would like to schedule a reading, please complete the Natal Request Form and email or fax it to our office.

3. Returning clients may use the form for existing clients available on the website,or simply contact our office by email or phone, advising us of your needs.

4. We will contact you within 24 to 48 hours within recepit of your notice to verify your birth data and schedule your appointment with Chakrapani.We do require credit card information or check to secure your appointment .
